I'm a Danish TeamGym floor coach and judge working with clubs across Scandinavia.
I love helping coaches and gymnasts develop through tailored workshops, sharing practical tools and new perspectives on technique, choreography, routine construction and coaching. My goal is for every club to be inspired and given ideas they can implement in their everyday training.
